Hey guys, we've created this forum in conjunction with a website that we are creating for our University Degrees.
The aim of the website is to bring together people with musical/audio backgrounds quicker than ever before and help them find the right people to fulfill their musical ambitions.
In order to do this we are going to incorporate an Advanced Search Facility and Filtering System so that users can specifically search for whoever they require. This will allow quick searches and precise matches for the user.
We’ll also be incorporating Profile Pages, a Star Rating and Feedback System and Instant Messaging so that searching users can know all necessary information about the people they’re searching for as well as examples of work, feedback from previous experiences and an Instant Messaging facility to immediately contact those that they wish to speak with.
Here are the initial design pages of the website.
Home Page.

This is the first page the user will encounter. The floating toolbar at the top of the page navigates the users to the various pages within the website.
Social - This is the users personal page where they can display their work, previous experience, links and information.
Ties - This page displays the users network of friends, clients and employers that they are linked to.
Jobs - On this page, users can post advertisements of jobs that are available or that they require fulfilling e.g. Location Sound Assistant, Low Pay, 1 Day Filming, London.
Music - Users that upload their music to their Social page will be available for listening in this page.
Blogs - A page that features users thoughts and stories.
Options - This is a page where users can configure their own settings so that their information is displayed to a restricted audience.
